Crafted from our own honey and fermented slowly in small batches, it preserves the full character of the Thompson River Valley.

Sunlit Nectar

Pear Mead

Inspired by the ancient drink of the gods, Sunlit Nectar captures the warmth of sun-ripened pears and the quiet work of the hive. Smooth, golden, and softly floral, each sip lingers like light at dusk.

Pears pollinated by our bees are blended with Nicola Valley honey, creating a refined and delicate character with a rounded body and a gentle, luminous finish.

Ida's Ruby

Raspberry Mead

Named for Ida, the nymph who nurtured Zeus on milk and honey, this mead honours the ancient tradition of mead as the drink of the gods and raspberries, Rubus idaeus.

Crafted in small batches from our honey and raspberries pollinated by our own bees, it reflects the warmth and character of the Thompson River Valley.

Blue Solstice marks the heigh of summer - the long days and steady sun that bring Fraser Valley blueberries to full ripeness.

Fermented with our honey and organic blueberries, this mead is smooth and expressive with a calm elegance.
